Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for vendors, ensuring onboarding complies with FAB policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, including due diligence, documentation collection, validation, and obtaining required business/sourcing justifications. Conduct and coordinate AML, Sanctions, Bribery & Corruption, Fraud Risk, Google and Acuity screening, escalating positive hits for review and approval. Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and complete onboarding requirements within agreed timelines. Maintain and update Oracle Supplier Master/Vendor Profiles, ensuring accurate, complete, and valid supplier information. Perform periodic vendor profile reviews and screening, including follow-up on expired or additional documentation requirements. Validate supplier registration forms and onboarding requests to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare and generate vendor-related reports and provide screening/onboarding updates to senior management.
